Call Screening
We provide several variations of call screening. Our agent can assume the role of your telephone receptionist. Along with a living, breathing "receptionist," you may wish to include introductory voice prompts to sort the calls and satisfy repetitious requests for your business hours and such. This combination is both economical and effective.
Or, we can set you up with our Enhanced Automated SYstem (known around the workplace as "EASY"). EASY uses courteous prompts that reveal caller identity. You then decide whether to take the call or send it to voice mail -- and you need never miss an urgent call again. Should you wish to keep a record of any call, just press a button and Big Easy will save it to your file.
